Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for framed prints and canvas artwork. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support@theartconnect.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
This return policy applies only to framed prints and canvas artwork. All other product types, including unframed prints, apparel, accessories, and sale items, are final sale and not eligible for return.
We also do not accept returns on gift cards, custom or personalized items, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the item of your choice.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
